1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RiceERP.pk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. About RiceERP

RiceERP is a business management software solution developed and operated by Groen Host Web Technologies for rice mills, rice exporters, processors, traders, and related businesses.

3. License and Usage

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to purchased plans. Users may not:

• Copy or redistribute software frameworks
• Reverse engineer the core database schema patterns
• Modify system source code applications
• Resell architectural services without authorization
• Attempt unauthorized access vectors

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security and protecting login credentials
• Providing accurate operational business information
• Using the deployed application legally

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, databases, graphics, and source code remain the exclusive property of Groen Host Web Technologies. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

6. Subscription and Payments

Where applicable:

• Subscription fees must be paid on time.
• Fees may be revised with prior structural notice.
• Failure to pay may result in immediate service suspension.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• Routine maintenance and server upgrades
• Technical issues or unforeseen force majeure events

8. Data Responsibility

Customers retain ownership of their business data. RiceERP acts only as a software and hosting provider where applicable. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own structural backups.

9. Limitation of Liability

Groen Host Web Technologies shall not be liable for business losses, loss of profits, data loss, or indirect damages beyond reasonable control. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the preceding twelve months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in illegal activities, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse system resources.

11. Confidentiality

We take reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of customer information and business data.

12. Third-Party Integrations

RiceERP may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the policies, performance, or availability of third-party services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
